What is SMILE?

SMILE (Smart Monitoring IoT Learning Ecosystem) is a cloud-based platform that delivers in "as-a-service" the monitoring services and subsequent intelligent control of an ecosystem of processes that characterize the corporate "life" of a factory through use of automatic prescriptive techniques with the support of supervised and unsupervised machine learning and deep learning, artificial intelligence and innovative IoT sensors equipped with advanced communication algorithms.

What does it foresee?

  • Integrated advanced system for monitoring and controlling IoT sensors

  • Process-independent predictive and prescriptive maintenance system based on the use of unsupervised and supervised machine learning algorithms

  • Acceleration of the learning phases for the detection and prediction models of anomalies thanks to the analysis of inter-factory data of homogeneous data

  • Alert communication system (sms, email, telegram, etc)

  • Web dashboard for the management of the entire platform

  • Design of innovative IoT sensors (reactive power, rain estimation, etc)

  • Reliability monitoring of sensors (life time prediction) and of the goodness of the measured data (dirty sensor, etc.)
