What is DomIoT?
DomIoT is a software platform that integrates home automation functions with unified communication functions, thus allowing, through a single interface (web and mobile app) to access environmental monitoring (temperature, humidity, gas, etc.), to the video surveillance and video communication in the home environment.
The practical applications compatible with the DomIoT system in question are the following:
Environmental safety
Management of environmental safety (control of gas leaks, flooding, CO2 dioxide, etc.): the anomalous event detected produces the safety of the environment with the closure of the water or gas solenoid valve and the opening of the window and signals the danger, for example with a "buzzer" in the house, sending a text message to the son and neighbors who can intervene, etc.
Lighting
Switching on, off and regulation of lighting devices, heating and air conditioning systems through ergonomic control devices or which are in any case compatible with the customer's skills
Anti-intrusion
Intrusion and video surveillance systems for remote control, for example to watch the relative sleep
Management
anti black-out
Anti black-out management (control of sockets and appliances, power-supply systems, automatic reset devices) with appropriate signaling to the care-giver and safety of the technological systems
Access control
Access control and video door entry systems
Sound diffusion
Sound diffusion systems to return vocal feedback to the actions performed on the system by a blind person

Interaction with the system through PC, internet, smartphone, tablet

Real-time monitoring of the plant remotely
